Halfway on the motorway between Vienna and Budapest, near the Austrian and Slovakian borders lies this mellow and colourful town Győr.

Churches, palaces, museums, characteristic corner-balconies and narrow lanes, all reminders of a historic past, invite visitors to take a walk in the centre of the town.

The two-storey building then served as a residential place. In 1998 it was bought by its current owner baross2who preserved its exterior aspect and transformed it into a hotel by building an attic to provide it with more room.
